WEEK 1
Project 1- Complementary Color
I used Adobe Color to choose complementary colors and collected posters and advertisements with these colors. I then cut them into pieces and made a collage.
Project 3
I used the same printing methods from Project 2, but this time I used the complementary colors from Project 1.
I experimented with different materials and combined the different prints to make the final artwork.
Project 2
We collected different materials such as flowers, string, leaves, sponges and foam to test different printing effects. We used paint to experiment with the patterns and textures made by each material.
Research
I chose blue as my colour and started collecting photos of blue things from my everyday life. I looked at blue in different areas, such as nature, culture, literature and art. It was interesting to see how the same colour can give me very different feelings and meanings.
